Conditions are set by La Liga for Messi's return to Barcelona

According to La Liga President Javier Tebas, Lionel Messi would need to make less money than he does at Paris Saint-Germain in order to move back to Barcelona.

When his current contract expires this summer, it’s anticipated that Messi’s stint with the Ligue 1 champions would come to an early conclusion.

Following an unapproved trip to Saudi Arabia, PSG this week suspended the Argentina captain.

The most recent club action was supposedly the final straw in Messi’s relationship with the French club.

In response to a potential return to Barcelona, Tebas stated that the club would need to sell players if they wanted to cover the seven-time Ballon d’Or winner’s current salary.

Leo Messi’s salary at Barça would be lower than it is at Paris Saint-Germain.

“Selling players is now a requirement for his comeback. Tebas predicted that Barça will profit significantly from player sales this summer.
