Abdulfatah’s other Properties have been Identified for Invasion.

Fast News reports that the Assets Management Corporation of Nigeria (AMCON) confiscated part of former Governor Abdulfattah Ahmed of Kwara State’s properties on Wednesday due to an N5 billion debt.

The property at No. 9A Abdulrazaq Street, GRA, Ilorin, consists of multiple residences.

According to AMCON spokesman Jude Nwazor, the property was confiscated as a result of the former governor’s and his firms’ non-performing loans from the former Intercontinental Bank, FinBank, and Bank PHB.

He claimed that all attempts to collect the debt from the former governor failed until the corporation received justice in court.

In Suit No: FHC/L/AMC/01/2021, Hon. Justice A.M. Liman ordered the former governor’s bank accounts and those of his two companies, Trans Properties and Investment Limited and Trans It Consulting Limited, to be frozen.
