Keep Fit International Club President, Chris Adiorah And Members Unviels Their Lounge At National Stadium

 

Being active is critical for health. But in our modern world, this is becoming more and more of a challenge, largely because our cities and communities are not designed in the right ways for adequate body fitness.

 

According to World Health Organizations (WHO), One-in-five adults and 80 per cent of adolescents worldwide are not getting enough exercise, regular physical activity is key to preventing and treating heart disease, stroke, diabetes and other non communicable diseases, which are responsible for 71 per cent of all deaths globally, including some 15 million annually, for those aged 30 to 70.

 

In this View a Nigerian club ‘KEEP FIT INTERNATIONAL CLUB’, which resides in Lagos has launched a new outlet at the National Stadium Surulere.

 

With the aim of bringing men together in order to have a relaxing place after their exercise and also to discuss business.

 

Fastnews Nigeria reports that the Keep Fit International club houses groups of men who engage in sporting activities of various kinds in the National Stadium.

 

Keep Fit International club is an exercise club opened specifically for men, who feels the need to exercise their bodies so as to keep fit for their day to day activities through sports.

 

According to the President of the club, Mr. Chris Adiorah, this initiative is a long standing one that will keep people, most especially men, active and vibrant in a state like Lagos.

 

“Sports is a good way to relax and have a stress free and healthy living, and we believe after much sports activities, individuals deserves a relaxation spot around the stadium where they can cool off and enjoy the activities of the day, Men needs exercise to stretch their bodies so as to live longer and stress free.” He said
