The Federal Government under President Buhari can meet the demands of the Academic Staff Union of Universities with the money it generates from the sale of crude oil in just one month, according to former Anambra state governor and Labour Party 2023 presidential candidate Peter Obi, but the current administration lacks the political will to address the issue.

Obi said this as he spoke on Monday at the Labour Party’s National Retreat in Abuja.
